In order to better serve you we have this groovy support website.  By submitting your questions, concerns, troubles, or issues here we can best track, assign, and deal with things way better.

To submit a trouble ticket, simply click on the "SUBMIT A REQUEST" link above.  If you haven't created a support account, you will be prompted to.  If you already have, then click on the "LOGIN" option to submit the ticket under your account.

In the Subject section, please note which website the request pertains to.  In the Description field, please give us as much info as possible.  The more we know, the better we can fix.

Complete the verification option, and attach any files (screenshots, documents, etc) that are related to the incident and click on SUBMIT.

Voila.  request sent.
